A Modest Proposal on Bankers’ Bonuses

When Banks propose extra Pay and Benefits in an Attempt to get round the EU’s own modest Proposals to limit top Bankers’ Bonuses, I have a modest Proposal of my own for the Shareholders (and in the Case of the Banks which are owned by the Government, that should be us).

Just say “no!”
